Kill the password

Password issues are the single biggest obstacle to mobile adoption. Universal biometrics solve that problem by letting users log in with their own unique biological identifiers like fingerprints, eyes, voices, or faces. The added layer of unique security is a tremendous draw to new and existing members, and is a major step in "killing the password" - removing barriers to mobile adoption like typos, forgotten passwords, and locked accounts. No more lost or mistyped passwords. Just fast, secure logins.

Techniques that Inspire Innovation at your Credit Union.

Regardless of your role, you need to be an innovator. This session offers a framework for how to tackle credit union innovation, providing practical real-world techniques that you can implement almost immediately. We’ll cover use cases for innovative idea-building that run the gamut from digital channels, to retail branches, to back-office operations. As a result, you will learn ideas to foster innovation in your shop, with results that go beyond your expectations.
Leveraging Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECM) to go beyond simple document storage.

Many modern ECM systems incorporate advanced features such as Records Retention, Workflows, Business Processes and Electronic Forms. However, due to complexity, time or budget constraints, many times, these advanced features are left unused and as a result the dollars spent on these systems don’t justify their costs. Come learn how to incorporate these advanced features into other areas of your credit union by setting up automated processing functions in areas such PO requests, Invoice Processing and A/P functions as well as HR functions such as onboarding and PTO requests including automating ongoing Vendor Management Requests. MVi will also share best practices ideas to help you leverage your ECM in these non-traditional areas as well as how to streamline lending and front office operations and automate records retention based on document classes, document types and records repositories.

Request for what?! Creating RFPs That Work

Credit unions that need to tackle large projects often feel overwhelmed with the process of selecting the right product to accomplish their goal. Request for Proposals or RFPs are an excellent tool to help you manage the selection process and reduce your stress level. With the right RFP and rating process, your vendor selection can be broken down into manageable pieces where responsibility can be shared among several different team members. In this session we will provide a framework for you to use when completing RFPs and then rating the vendor submissions when they are returned to you. We will also give you tools to help rate vendors when it comes to the product demonstrations that follow the RFP submission process to help you get to the right vendor for the job.
